TAKING VERMONT INTERCOASTAL

The challenge: how to explain an innovative collaboration between a rural Vermont sewist and a popular Californian sustainable apparel company – all while emphasizing Vermont culture and global sustainability.

A FAMILIAR STORY

We were uniquely suited to the challenge.  Our familiarity with global video marketing trends allowed us to bring international scale to the Vermont stories we know so well, translating a new partnership into a sense of homecoming our audience would connect with.

A GRAND PREMIERE

When Outerknown launched its Project Vermont line in December 2021 as a holiday release, our videos immediately connected brand loyalists with this unusual new product line.  Within weeks, most of Project Vermont's products sold out.  Subsequently, Project Vermont became an ongoing, rather than seasonal, product line for our partners.

LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE

The challenge: creating a series of videos explaining ACO OneCare Vermont in the simplest possible terms while also doing so in a way that engages and connects with OneCare's audience – the entire state.

TALKING THE TALK

To accomplish OneCare's goals, we first had to understand what OneCare does.  Learning the ins and outs of accountable care organizations and understanding OneCare's unique position in Vermont's health care system was no small task.  And after that, we still had to learn how to translate multiple crucial but intricate concepts into plain, engaging video content.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

OneCare's enthusiasm for our partnership led to ongoing production work, populating an entire page of OneCare's website with videos explaining the core concepts behind OneCare's vital work and examining the people behind the process.
